American Pancakes
Fluffy American pancakes are a must for weekend brunch. Serve with one of our delicious jams or marmalades.
Ingredients approx. 8-12 pancakes
- 4 dl flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 ½ dl buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g melted butter
Mix all dry ingredients separately and whisk together with milk, eggs, and butter. Let stand for about 10 minutes.
Fry in a hot pan with butter until the pancakes are nicely browned on both sides.
