Oat Scones

Delicious scones you can quickly whip up for a lovely weekend breakfast.

Ingredients 8 servings

  • 4 dl all-purpose flour
  • 1 dl rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 dl milk
  • 100 g butter

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Mix the dry ingredients together. Combine melted butter with milk, then mix with the flour mixture.

Form into round balls. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
